Who’s hired us?

We’ve worked with a wide range of companies (some not included for privacy) to deliver personalized content that fits each brands unique style and core values

  • STEP 1 - LINEUP SELECTION

    Pick the people you want to be on your lineup. It should be between 6-10. All people on the lineup should know each other decently well. It’s ok if say person 3 doesn’t know person 5.

    But everyone in the crowd should know who the people on the lineup are to some extent. Don’t pick Richie from HR when you could pick Sandra the CMO who leads company wide meetings. Unless Richie is the guy on slack dropping truth bombs every day.

    We need medium/high profile people that the audience has opinions of.

  • STEP 2 - INTERVIEWS

    Each person will meet with the DTF Comedy team 1×1 and unveil all of the dirt they know about the other people on the lineup.

    We’ll also have some group calls.

  • STEP 3 - WRITING

    The DTF team gets to work writing jokes FOR and ABOUT each person on the lineup.

    You won’t just be making fun of the “Guest of Honor”…that’s mean and gets weird after a while.

    Everyone will get made fun of equally so that it feels lighthearted and fun.

  • STEP 4 - FINE TUNING

    We work with each person on the lineup 1×1 to craft their set to match their particular speaking style and sense of humor.

  • STEP 5 - Delivery Coaching

    We coach each person through their set. Teaching them the fundamentals of comedic pacing, rhythm, and timing. We work with them until they can deliver their set like an absolute pro.

  • STEP 6 - THE SHOW

    Your team performs the roast at your event and amazes the crowd.

    Everyone dies laughing for 60-90 minutes and the company talks about the event forever.

  • We’ll schedule between 4-6 hours of total time with each individual on the lineup. They don’t have to do any heavy lifting. They can however, get very involved if they so wish.

  • Our team is very diverse in writing style. We can make it as clean or as dirty as you want. But, we are masters at towing the line. All jokes will be approved by internal parties before going into the final set.

    We personally guarantee that you’d be able to record the whole show and put it on your company website without any risk of coming off offensive (not that you have to do this)

  • Absolutely. We will be getting information on the nuances of your company to make sure these jokes sound like they’ve been written by your team. We are professionals who care deeply about your privacy.

  • This process takes about 200 total hours of man time on our end. A minimum of 4 comedians will be assigned to your project for a 4-6 week period. We work with all budgets.

  • If you don’t want the show recorded by staff we can rent you phone lock boxes for $3.50 per pouch + shipping. Comes with a magnetic case locking and unlocking kit.

  • The shows we write generally range between 60-90 minutes. It’s the perfect event to put on with dinner and drinks for your organization.
